Return Policy

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging with the sanitary seal intact within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
The original $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee is non-refundable.

After 15 days from delivery, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or replacements.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@drinkvisp.com with the subject line “RETURN” and include your order number to request a return.
Returns not requested through this process will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

All items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Returns will only be accepted if the sanitary seal is intact. If the sanitary seal is missing, the item will be returned to sender and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To qualify for a full refund, all parts (including the charger) must be unused, in original packaging, and have the sanitary seal intact. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the original $4.99 shipping fee.

Please contact hello@drinkvisp.com if your refund does not appear within 20 days of approval.

Exchanges, Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@drinkvisp.com within 15 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged within 15 days of delivery. We do not offer replacements for damage caused by normal wear, misuse, loss, theft, or requests made after the 15-day window.
